For many years we are proud to have represented Manitoba Blue Cross. We primarily sell their travel plans, however we also sell their health plans. These include the Medi Blue plan that provides coverage for prescription drugs, semi- private hospital accommodation, ambulance services and many more. They also have a Plus Plan that includes dental coverage. If your benefits coverage does not include health coverage you might want to consider one of these valuable products.

The basic travel health plan offered by Blue Cross is the Blue Plan. This plan provides comprehensive coverage at reasonable prices, provided you are under age fifty-five. If you are fifty-five or older, Blue Cross have developed seven medical questions that must be answered positively in order to qualify for their Gold Plan The Gold Plan provides coverage for up to one hundred and eighty three days if you are seventy-four or younger. If you are fifty-five or older and do not qualify for the Gold Plan you will still qualify for up to 32 days of coverage under their Silver Plan. The Silver Plan is more expensive and is limited by a pre-existing condition clause, however it might still be the best coverage for you. We all know that medical costs in the USA can be astronomical.

Another Blue Cross plan that you might want to consider is the Annual Travel Plan. It provides comprehensive coverage for all trips made during the year providing they are for 32 days or less. If you are under fifty-five, you can purchase up to thirty days additional coverage at a cost of four dollars per day. If you are under fifty-five the annual premium for the family coverage is $ 105.00. Between fifty-five and seventy-four the premium increases to $ 255.00.

As travel health coverage is constantly changing, we do represent other companies who may have better premiums or better coverage for your specific requirements. Our trained representatives would be pleased to provide you with all of the information and a price comparison
